President Hadi appoints Assistant Minister for Defense and reshuffles military commanders

President Abdu Rabbu Mansour Hadi issued on Friday the presidential decree No. 18 for 2014 appointing Brig. Gen. Abdul Kader Abdullah Omar al-Amodi as Assistant Minister for Defense for Human Resources and to promote to Major General rank in armed forces.
The President also issued the presidential decree No. 19 for 2014 reshuffling military commanders in nine posts as follows;
1-Brig. Gen. Mabkhot Saleh Jamel al-Dhawani as a commander of the 37th Armored Brigade;
2-Colonel Salem Mohssen Moss'ad Dharman as a commander of the 10th Thunderbolt Brigade;
3- Brig. Gen. Nasser Mohamed Ahmed Yasselam as a Chief of the 115th Infantry Brigade;
4- Brig. Gen. Mohamed Ali Ahmed Amdhori a Chief of the 111th Infantry Brigade;
5-Colonel Ahmed Qanas Ahmed al-Qanas as a Chief of the 2nd Infantry Naval Brigade;
6- Colonel Fadhel Saleh Omar Mohamed as a Chief of the 2nd Mountain Infantry Brigade;
7- Colonel Ali Abdullah Derhim al-Mahmashi as a Chief of the 10th Thunderbolt Brigade;
8-Colonel Saeed Abdullah Saleh al-No'mai as a Chief of Special Operations Brigade;
9- Colonel Abdul Kareem Abdullah Modhafer as a commander of Military Police Command of Hodeida branch.
