The program is keep the Quran leading the community. It is being hosted by the Department of Training and Rehabilitation charity Society to teach the Koran in Wadi  Hadhramout in collaboration with the World Assembly of Muslim Youth under the slogan "Quran  Memorizers are  pioneers and community leaders."
