http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Yemen, WB discuss educational project of 70mln [The Source: SANA'A/hadhramaut.info/sabanews.net - 14/08/2012] Yemen and the World Bank (WB) have discussed the WB-funded project in education area with US$ 70 million, where the WB will grant $ 65 and the rest $5 million is the government's portion.    During a meeting held at Education Ministry on Monday, General Manager of Technical office of Statistics at the ministry Abdul-Rahman al-Samawi and the WB Representative Abdul-Rahman al-Shargabi reviewed the environmental plan of improving basic education project. The environmental impacts resulting from interventions to the project's second stage 2013 2017 which funded by the WB and the government to reconstruct and rehabilitate schools were also touched upon in the meeting.
