Following the swearing, President stressed that the capital Sana'a represents a map of the national board for all Yemenis, saying " We do not accept any interventions in its works from the central authorities, whether civil or military". President pointed out that the capital Sana'a must be in a decent appearance ,and the services , specially water, electricity and health must be provided in it as well as the stability of the security situation. President gave his directs to make the full preparations in all aspects for receiving the holy month of Ramadan, stressing the importance of ending the problem of hygiene in the capital Sana'a. He directed the leadership of the capital Sana'a to maintain the diagrams and to prevent the haphazard construction, as well as to prepare a comprehensive strategic plan for the capital Sana'a ,including hospitals, airports, water and electricity.
