It issued  this statement.  .Wadi Al-ain and Houra districts  Local Council bless and support the decicsion  taken by the local council in Hadhramout at its first session held in Mukalla, headed by Hadhramut Governor Mr.  Khalid Saeed Al-deini   and in the presence of members of the House of Representatives and the Shura. We support and  bless the courageous decisions made ​​by the local council at the end of its first session,on non-payment to investors, especially in the field of electricity  power purchases, some development projects, reconstruction fund. Local District councilof t of Wadi Al Ain and Houra call on  all components of  hadhrami society to stand as one to address these irresponsible acts that taken by some ministers with the province of Hadhramaut, forgetting that the province annually provide  70% of the the state budget, the council  consider that the selectivity of paying  receivables for the provinces and not others is does not serve the national unity and national alignment.
