This was to mark officially the opening of the kindergarten new building and the enrollment of  185 children from Tarim  and its surrounding  areas . The Opening  ceremony was attended by several  District  Local Council members,  kindergarten parents council  and a number of school principals and teachers as well as children's  parents and their families.
