Is not reasonable  for Hadhramaut that supplement  the Country General Budget with almost 70% turned to a beggar! The  power purchase project is a futility corrupt and a cancer that must be  eradicated and removed within a year. Hadramout local council   members cancelled  the  agenda of their first session for 2012, which included reports and a variety of topics relating to the conduct and activities of many facilities,institutions and the allocation of  deliberations of the session. The session sent on discussing  more vital issues , especially with regard to the continuous  power rationing in area of wadi Hadhramaut and its Coastal region.of the coast and Wadi Hadramout, which threatened with a ghost of leaving total darkness. Also discussed was  the security issue and  questions raised around it and  the rotational   job as well as the  acute interventions .. Today's meeting was chaired by provincial Governor Khalid Saeed Al-deini and devoted mostly to stand up to the situation of electricity in the coastal  areas and Wadi Hadhramaut and Sahraa in response to the growing deficit in  generating  electricity and the inability of the power plants of the Public Electricity Corporation  in both coast and the Wadi in providing electrical power  required in addition to non-payment of Government agencies the appropriate dues to the  investors from whom  energy was purchased in Coastal region of Hadhramaut, under the agreements signed between the investors and the Public Electricity Corporation,. The nonpayment of the dues  increased the the continuous interruptions of electricity supply to different regions and at a  remarkable rate.. At the outset of the meeting Governor Khaled Al-deini asked the members of the the council  to recite Suratul-Fatiha on the spirit of the deceased Mahmoud Abdullah Arasi Shura Council member and  former Hadhramaut Governor and  on  the souls all  other  martyrs, We  ask Allah Al-mighty to shower on them  his blessing, rest their souls in peace and  and inspire their families Friends patience and fortitude .. Then the Governor  briefed the members of the Council on the follow-ups and the results of his visit to the capital Sana'a during the period from  23 March to 27 April and his meeting with His Excellency President Abd Rabo Mansour Hadi and President and His excellency chairman Council of Ministers, as well as a number of ministers to discuss various key issues of concern to the development process in the province and improve aspects of the services provided to citizens.
