The celebration was held at the Educational Association of Technology within the College.The ceremony was  was attended by the  Deans of colleges of education in Seyoun  Dr. Abdul Qadir Ba-jebeir, Seiyoun Girls College Dean Dr. Mohamed Ashour Al-Al-kithitri , Mukalla  Girls College Dean  Dr Ahmed Mohammed Al-Saqqaf, Seiyoun District Director of Education Mohammed Awadh al-Amiri and District Directors of  school.
