The meeting fot thetoss was held  on Tuesday evening, 04/17/2012 at  Al-farouk School Hall  in Al-qarn zone of Seiyoun district. It was attended by 24 delegates coming from difference local club in Seiyoun districts. The League Organizing Committee reviewed the most important items on the meeting agenda an later the held the  league toss where the divided the teams into six groups
