He was accompanied by  Wadi Hadhramaut and Sahraa  Social Affairs Director General Engineer Yaqoub  Omar Ba-yaqoub .  The Artisan Center for Community Development is in Shibaam Hadhramaut. The opening ceremony  was attended by  Mr. Mr. Mahboub  Faraj Amaan Wadi Hadhramaut and Sahraa  Director General Office of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Mr. Saleh Mabkhout Al Amri Wadi,  Sahraa Director General of Tourism Mr. Hassan Aideed, General Manager for  maintaining the historical  cities in Wadi, engineer / Awad Ba-balghoum Director of  infrastructure project in Shibaam city  Hadhramout, Mr. Awadh Afif project manager -economical development for Yemen historical cities   (GIZ) Shibam branch, number of executive officers  from Shibaam  District Directors and social figures in the of the city and those interested in the affairs of  literal,  popular tradition and community.
