The league   was organized by local committee from  Ba'aboud and Al-sharj zones of Mukalla districts which involves  matches for youth local teams coming from different zones of Mukalla districts.the league matches started early this month. The league opening match was between Al-ustura club of Rukub  vice Shabaab Al-wehdah from Al-sharj zone. The match  during the original time ended with a positive tie two goals  for each team.  The referee ordered for  a penalty shootout  each.  Ala-ustura team won the penalty kicks with  5/4.  As for the second match, was played between Wehdat Al-kaud  and Zamalek Al-handasiah. The game ended  one goal for each team so penalty kicks were played which also ended with a draw. The referee then decided to have a toss  in  which Al-ustura was the lucky team to win the match.
