In two previous meetings  the clubs refused to take part in the league having achieved part of thier demands by the union of Yemen and the Competitions Committee to extend the period of the tournament until the end of March. The  Yemen and the Competitions Committee today in its meeting  approved to  launch the first tournament match  on 24th February, 2012.
