The event was attended by Seiyoun  local council directorate Mr. Awadh Ali Ba-jubeir,  Mr.  Anwar Saleh Faris,  District Director of Literacy, Mr. Mohammed Salim Al-sabbaan principal of Alir- tigaa public School in Seiyoun and Mr.  Abdullah Ali Suleiman, Jawad  District Education supervisor
