The approval came  in the  Federation meeting chaired by President of the Union Mr. Mohsen Ahmed Saleh. The president's speech which presented to the union it contained many evaluation reports for season 2010 / 2011 and tournaments and Foreign participation as well as the Union's plan for the season 2011 / 2012. which includes the estimated budget. The meeting came out with resolutions and recommendations
