The tournament will be played at deceased Salim Awadh Bawazir closed Gym, located in the City of Mukalla.The game bring together handball  teams from Mukalla to compete and later determine the two teams  to be relegated to the  second division . The team to remain in the next  Handball  Elite League are the first and second  in order  the third and fourth to be dropped to the second division. .
