He pointed to some obstacles that should be overcome via rational dialogue and understanding."The international community is following up closely what is happing in Yemen", bin Omar said, adding he would submit his report on the situations in Yemen on 21 December to the Security Council to take the requisite resolutions. He indicated to the talks he held with all Yemeni political parties, saying "We want to see a political process that all Yemeni participate in".
