He was briefed on the equipping and arrangements done by provincial - Office of the Ministry of Fisheries so as to  operate the quality fish  laboratory  in Mukalla. The Laboratory was equipped   with the latest equipment costing 300 thousand dollar project and being  funded by the fifth fish project.
