He was with them on the sidelines of the workshop for  studying  system of early warning of rain, floods and reduce its  risks in Wadi Hadramout. The workshop was  organized by the reconstruction project of early living held for Hadhramout and Al-mahra provinces and  funded by the United Nations Development Fund and the reconstruction fund for Hadhramaut and Al-Mahara provinces.
