In statement to Saba, Deputy Primer for Interior Affairs Sadeq Abu Rass said the assistance, amounting to YR 100,000, for 2500 families, whose houses were damaged in a number of districts of Wadi of Hadramout as a first payment, noting that other districts of Coast of Hadramout and Mahrah will be followed as their lists prepared. Abu Rass pointed out that disbursement of cash assistance would be through the General Post and Saving Authority which has 280 branches in the whole country.
