http://www.english.hadhramaut.info French Ambassador visits oil sector No 10 at Saah District [The Source: SAAH/hadhramaut.info - 18/11/2011] His Excellency  Frank Gilles the new French government Ambassador in Yemen accompanied by Mr. Hatem Nuseibeh General Manager of Total in Yemen on Thursday morning paid an exploratory visit to  Saah oil sector No. (10). The French Total company    work to producte  oil  in which recently the rate reached more than (80,000) barrels of oil per day. And in addition to the exploitation of associated gas production that generates electrical power to the areas of company concession  in Wadi Hadhramout through the establishment of a plant  that produces about (25) Mega Watt of electricity in its first phase. The work on the second phase is   expected to start  early  next year 2012 and it will  to produce  an additional (25) Mega Watt His Excellency  Mr. Frank Gilles said that the deadline for implementing  Security Council Resolution 2014 that ends  on the twenty first  of this month is beginning to narrow down. He  called upon  parties to the crisis of Yemen to  observe  good faith to find a political solution that begins with the signing of the Gulf Cooperation Council initiative.Mr. Gilles  clarified  that the position of France, through the UN Security Council resolution stresses on  the need to stop  violence from all sides.  HE Ambassador Gilles added that the Secretary-General of the United Nations will forward a report on the implementation mechanism, which requires all side  of the Yemeni crisis and  according to the report of the Secretary-General, subsequent action  will take.
