http://www.english.hadhramaut.info WFP studies new food distribution program in Hadramout [The Source: www.sabanews.net - 30/11/2008] United Nation World Food Program (WFP) affirmed on Saturday that it is studying  currently a new food distribution program for the flood victims in Hadramout governorate. Deputy Hadramout Governor Ahmed al-Jonaid reviewed with the United Nation World Food Program (WFP) representative Ahmed al-Asaad the mechanisms of distributing food to the affected people in the valley of Hadramout. Ahmed al-Jonaid made reference to the adopted mechanisms in this regard, indicating to the ration cards distributed to those affected persons to organize the food distribution. He affirmed local council's readiness to provide the requisite assistance for the WFP team, which will contribute in relief operations for those affected people.
