The programm is to be implemented by program implemented by  Mukalla Branch of the Social Fund for Development. In his speech Provincial Assistant Undersecretary for Coastal areas Districts Mr. Nasser Bal-beheith praised the role played by  the Social Fund for Development in achieving sustainable development and alleviating poverty due to the global rise in food prices that  occurred since 2007.The workshop was attended by Director General and secretaries of Hadhramout coastal areas Districts Local Councils
