The ceremony was attended by Hadhramaut Governor Khalid Saeed Al-deini. In his speech the Governor began  conveyed greetings and congratulations of  His Excellency President Ali Abdullah Saleh to all the people of the province on the occasion of  Yemeni eternal revolution.
