At the opening ceremony, many speeches were delivered that referred to the importance of establishing such society in providing help and legal assistance to the sick people who are exposed to doctors faults, as well as helping the authority to develop and improve the medical sector in the governorate. During the meeting , the attendees discussed the core system of the society and ratifying it,electing at the same time administrative body composed of seven members chaired by MR Salim Ali Al-Haij, and  control committee consists of three members for the society.
