The  guest of honor  was  District General Director Mr. Salaah Hussein Ba-hakam. The function began with  verses  Holy Quran recitation after that Mr. Ba-hakam delivered a speech in which he praised the work done this  Charity foundation in  several  area  of the  District. He urged philanthropist  and donors to do more in support of such charity work.
