The project is of leveling  and embarking of the  road line on the dual entrance to the west of Seiyoun city. The length the road line is of 5 kilometers stretching from Treis west till the entrance to  Seiyoun city. The project is costing 250 million riyals, It comes  within the project of asphalting 40 km of seiyoun streets at a total cost of one billion and 350 million riyals, with fund coming from the Government. funding.
