It was set up  set up by Oxfam, the British representative of women economic empowerment project and  in collaboration with Al-irtigaa programm of come-generating activities for improving women's Society.  The  training course is having  seventeen trainees coming from different regions of Saah District. Directorate of Saah. The training course  opening ceremony was attended the program manager for the upgrading of income-generating activities  Mr. Hadi  Mabrouk.
