In a statement a copy of it received by the Yemen News Agency / SABA / , It said that  as we were not able  to sight the moon in places that normally the crescent seen in our country Yemen As has it been said  by the  Cresecent  judges that because of the rain and the accumulation of clouds, they  could not see, and as a  fact that the moon has been seen and proven  legally in the areas of Shagra'a and Sudair in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the fact that the environment and the region as well as the climate is one, so tomorrow, Tuesday, August 30, 2011 AD is the first day of the blessed  Eid al-Fitr. On this occasion Daruliftaa  Fatwa Al-shareiyah, Ministry of Information and all its institutions media conveys  warmest congratulations to His Excellency President Ali Abdullah Saleh, President of the Republic,  Mr. Abd Rabo Mansour Hadi, Vice President of the Republic, all the noble  people and sons of  Yemeni  and our Arab and Islamic people  .. asking Allah  Almighty that it makes its arrival on our people  be of blessing,  the Yemeni security, stability and to prevent strife and division and stop out the dispute and to our Arab nation and Islamic be of peace and blessings every year and everyone is fine.
