The National Centre of Meteorology in its  published wheather bulletin yesterday warned residents living in the mountainous with Saada province north  up to Hajjah in the  south, the hills inland in  Governorates of Abyan, Marib, Shabwa, Hadhramout and western coasts of Hajjah , Hodeidah and Taiz. It expected instability in the atmosphere which will lead to rain clouds accompanied by thunderstorms on the areas mentioned above and called upon the citizens living  in these provinces not to be in valleys in the afternoons and take the necessary precautions from the flow of the floods in the valleys and mountain passes, thunderstorms, high winds and low visibility on the horizontal level during the raifall  rain.
