The aim of the meeting is to discuss security plans for market, facilitate the movement of traffic in and to  strengthen security forces role  in maintaining security, stability and to enforce public order. The committee also discussed  security plan in  public markets and ways of regulating  the movement of cars and motor vehicles within the city of Mukalla during the holy month of Ramadan. Also  alleviate congestion in the main streets and to facilitate the movement of people so as to  enable them to shop and buy their food and consumer goods  requirements  for the month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr. It called upon the citizens to cooperate with the security and traffic police in organizing, facilitating the movement of traffic and alleviate overcrowding at the city center.
