He emphasized on the importance  role the  youth plays  in the process of development and construction.  governor said the coming bet depends on the youth who arms themselves with education, values​​, principles and virtue. He added by saying  that young people are the main  cornerstone, whereby the communities should  rely upon  in the development, evolution and its quest for the better.
