This is the twelfth  session being held and its for the year 20102010. The prizes were on the level Coastal Districts only..The ceremony was attended by the  Undersecretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Abdullah Hadi Ba-hyaan, Hadhramaut province undersecretary for coastal Districts Affairs Awadh Abdallah Hatem and  a number of leaders of local authorities,educational institutions, clubs, sports  federations, civil society .  Samples from the work and innovations of  a number of the prize winner was also availed to be seen by the guests. .
