The wing was restored  and  expanded at a cost of YR 28 million with funds coming   from Mukalla  District local council. He was accompanied in this visit by   Mukalla District  Local council  Chairman of the Committees planning, development and services,  Saleh  Abboud Al-omgi  and Mohammed Fares Bin Fares as well as Mukalla district  Local Council Chairman - Committees Services and Social Affairs , Abdullah Ahmad Bin Hamel and Said Omar Lajrab and the Technical Bureau District  Directorat  Engineer Sadiq Saleh Ba-msaud and several other Of officials in the Office of the Ministry of Health and Population .
