http://www.english.hadhramaut.info President meets local authority leaders in Hadramout [The Source: www.sabanews.net - 9/10/20008] President Ali Abdullah Saleh met Tuesday with local authority's leaders, parliament members, military leaders and dignitaries in Hadramout Governorate. He discussed with them a number of issues and topics concern the country in general and Hadramout governorate in particular. The discussions included lands issues, new investments and projects and other service and developmental projects the governorates needs, in fields of health, roads and dams. The attendants talked about development and constructional renaissance in the governorate and projects fulfill the people's needs of roads, education, health, electricity and telecommunications. They highlighted wise decisions made by the President for solving issues concerning the homeland toped by the decision of halting war in Sa'ada and pardoning those who have been arrested on accusations of inciting for unrest and turmoil. Then the president spoke to attendants and expressed happiness to discussions and viewpoints, indicating intention for completing the new port project in Brom new port and opening investment's door to investors for constructing Adhaba port and its industrial zone. He directed government to provide financial supply needed for achieving the first phase of constructing Broom port. He also directed concerned authorities to quickly equip the military hospital in Taiz and finishing constructional designs in the governorate. He asserted importance of spreading the unity culture and deep rooting nationalism among youth, indicting importance of coordinating all efforts for fighting terrorism.
