http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Hadhramout's Governor familiarize himself with power preparations to meet summer requirements [The Source: MUKALLA/hadhramout.info - 11/04/2011] Governor of Hadramout Khalid Saeed Al-deini  today was briefed  on the preparations undertaken by the  Public Electricity Corporation Branch in the  coastal areas to meet next summer  requirements.  He stressed on the need for  a well prepared and integrated  program to secure and cover the electricity to various cities in  coastal areas during the next summer in order to address any deficiencies or imbalances of art and carry out periodic maintenance of generators and networks on an ongoing basis. . Al-deini called for a redoubling of efforts and to harness all  potential available  to unify the system of work in various power plants and improve the performance which would stabilize the electricity supply on a regular basis to the citizens. Governor Al-deini  together with the Provincial Undersecretary of Technical Affairs, Engineer Fahad Saeed Al-Menhali and two members  from Hadhramout local council  governing body - Saleh Aboud Al-omgi, Dr. Abdul-bagi Al-huthrey and several other officials visited Al-rayyan power station. The power station currently  produces about 31 Mega. He was  informed by officials, technicians, engineers and workers at the station  on the ongoing efforts in the implementation of periodic maintenance required by  the electrical generators so as to keep  the  the station ready for any Emergency.. He called on to give business and technical aspects of the station more attention and provide the necessary requirements required by the process of periodic maintenance of the station generators. Also  the need to address the introduction of the new key for the  Al-rafaa Generator 132 volts  be utilized to the service urgently.
