http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Omaier Discusses the role of the Local council members in current situation [The Source: SEIYOUN/hadhramaut.info - 23/03/2011] Hadhramout Governorate undersecretary for Wadi and Sahraa Affairs  Omaier Mbarak Omaier  today discussed the role of Local council members in the current situation.
He was together with a number of members form local council in the province,  office managers from the  Ministries of education, technical education and vocational training in Wadi Hadhramaut and Sahraa.The discussed  what role  must be played by members of the Council at this stage to keep on strengthening the bonds of love,  brotherhood and cooperation between  community members  in order to preserve the achievements made in all areas. The meeting was attended by Assistant Undersecretary for Wadi and Sahraa Affairs Fahad Salah Al-a'agam, touched on  to the necessity of continuing the educational process and not  to  involve  pupils and students in political wrangling. It commended the positive and lasting cooperation by the citizens as well as area cheif   in pushing local authority effort  to promote the upgrading of the level of services provided by facilities, government institutions and to address and resolve issues and  problems faced  everyday be the  citizens  Omaier also clarified that the local authority strives to meet power  requirements and needs for the coming  summer season, by  increasing 15 MW to the gas station.  He  pointed out that, Wadi  and Sahraa local authority are confident that everyone is keen to maintain the achievements made in all areas, as well as taking care of  public and private property and that everyone must bear his responsibility towards the current situation.  The Assistant undesecretary  is looking  forward the contribution  from members of the local council in maintaing  the process of explaining the tasks that is  entrusted to them pertaining to the current situation  and that maintaining security is a shared responsibility  as well as an  integration process must be carried out by all political sectors so as  stand in the face of all attempts aimed at disturbing the security and undermining public tranquility.
