http://www.english.hadhramaut.info A court in Mukalla, sentenced six convicts to death and three to 5 years imprisonment [The Source: MUKALLA/hadharamaut.info - 13/02/2011] Specialized Primary Court of Criminal in Hadhramout Governorate today sentenced six convicts to death and three others to 5 years imprisonment . The convicts are Munassar Mahdi Litheilem ba-udhah,Said Mahdi Said Litheilem Ba-udhah, Mohammed Abdullah Hadi Al-waber, Marwan Talib Saleh Al-hasherah,Mohammed Saida Litheilem Ba-udhah and  Mahmoud Said  Litheilem Ba-udhah. They were being led by the first accused, Munasser Mahdi Said Ba-udahah.   They   formed  an armed gang to terrorize citizen by kidnapping, carjacking and looting  public and private property by force.  They also carried  out an attack at gunpoint on police station stationed in the area ( Liem,ater ) in Shabwa Province by firing    several shots from their weapons  at the soldiers guarding the station  killing  one of them named Saelh Ali  Al-hebri and looted four pieces gun (Kalashnikov) that in the  custody of the soldiers The attack took place on March 23, 2009.
