http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Al-Arhabi meets donors representatives [The Source: SANA'A/hadharamaut.info/sabanews.net - 24/01/2011] Planning and International Cooperation Minister Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi has met with representatives of donor states and organizations to Yemen. During the meeting they reviewed the ongoing arrangements for the establishment of an international fund to support infrastructure projects in Yemen. They also discussed the donor's contributions to the financing of the Fourth five-year plan (2011-2015) regarding economic and social development and poverty alleviation and its investment program.
