[The Source: MUKALLA/hadhramaut.info - 15/01/2011]  Hadhramout Province local council  today morning Started its fourth session in the city of Mukalla. It is being held  under the chairmanship of  Governor, President of the Council and it's devoted to discuss,  approve plans of the specialized Council  Committees and  local authority project  plan for the year 2011.  In addition to stand in front of a number of issues and topics related to the security situation, Public Authority   for Agricultural Research and Extension acitvities and the level of services provided by the institutions of water and sanitation, health, communications and electricity.  Council Members today in their  meeting heard an oral report from  Haddramou Security Director  Brigadier Omar Bamshmous about the security situation in  the Coatal  Districts during  last year and last few days of this year.  The effortsthat exerted  to promote security and stability, preserve  public tranquility in the society, fight against crime, smuggling, acts of sabotage, terrorism, respond to the outlaws and those tempted to harm the social fabric, national unity,  ailments tranquility of societ, create chaos and disrupt the peacful lives of citizens. Governor Khanbashi at the beginning of the session  he forwarded  Provincial Local Council condolences and sympathy to the  family of the late MassadMaqtouf  who passed away in an unfortunate incident in  Mukalla City yesterday. He wished Allah to have mercy, forgiveness  and place her soul in heaven Inshaallah Aamin. Also  inspire her family and loved ones with  patience and fortitude, stressing that the Local Authority is  following all  the legal procedures taken on this incident and to prevent its  recurrence in order to preserve the lives of citizens.
