Korean support to Taiz, especially in the medical field. At the meeting, al Soufi discussed the conditions of some rural hospitals that lack operational cadres, as he pointed out that supporting these hospitals will contribute greatly to reducing the increasing pressure on al Thawra Hospital. He also appreciated S. Korean support to the hospital that includes training and qualifying its cadre. For his part, Kim highlighted the good Yemen- S. Korean relations, expressing his country's readiness to continue to support Yemen in all areas, with a focus on the medical field. Chairman of the board of al Thawra Hospital attended the meeting and stressed the importance of training the hospital's cadre inside and outside Yemen. He also said that the South Korean embassy in Yemen is an important supporter of the Yemen-Korean cooperation center at the hospital focused on surgery, qualifying medics and conducting surgery training.
