http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Al Saleh Foundation executive director in Morocco for child conference [The Source: SANA"A/hadhrmaut.info/sabanew.net - 20/12/2010]  Executive Director of Al-Saleh Social Foundation for Development (SFD) flew on Monday to Morocco for the 4th Arab meeting on child rights being hosted in Marrakech on 19-21 December. Ali Abdul Rahman al Akwa'a said the Participation comes within the efforts and programmes of the Foundation that aim to improve child rights .The event, organized by the Arab League General Secretariat in association with Morocco's Social Development and Family Ministry and with special sponsorship by King Muhammad VI is of great importance and attended by a large number of government and non-governmental regional and international organizations working on child issues, he said.The conference is focusing on finding ways to improve Arab child initiatives and assessing achievements in child welfare within the millennium goals as well as addressing challenges facing children.Moreover, the conference will evaluate the second Arab childhood plan 2004-2009 and the goals of the report of an Arab World Worthy of Children, and will review and develop the Arab child plan for the coming five years.
