http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Al-dein inspect Islamic Society project [The Source: MUKALA/hadhrmaut.info - 16/12/2010] Hadhramaut Local Council  Secretary General  Khalid Saeed Al-deini accompanied  by Mukalla  District Director-General  today inspected housing units project for those totaly affected in Mukalla.  The project is under the constrution by Muslim Society and funds coming from funding from the Islamic Society of Sheikha Salamah Bint Hamdan at a cost of ten million UAED The  Secretary General during his visit to the project was welcomed by the Chairman of the Islamic Society, Ali bin Abdullah Bin Aidroos Al-hamed.  The chairman explained to the secretary General  full details about the project and the percentage already completed which is amounting  to 85% percent. The total buildings are one Hundered Units, fifty of this unit are for Mukalla  ahile the other fifty being distributed to a number of districts in  Hadhramout and Al-mahra Governorate. These will behanded over during the next few weeks. Hadhramaut Local Council Secretary General Khalid Saeed Al-deini   commended the efforts done  by  the  Islamic Charity Society in the work of completing  all  these units He added that  all these will benefit a hundred-affected families in  various districts  of the province, stressing that the Islamic Society was among the first charitable institutions which had taken the lead in alleviating the suffering of those affected in Hadramout, since the beginning and after the  disaster. That  confirms the active role and the great emphasis on the need to consolidate efforts and capabilities of all the official and popular work on mitigating the effects of the disaster that befell  Hadhramout and Al-mahra in late 2008. The Council Secretary-General  was accompanied in his vist by the Mukalla District Director General Mukalla, Salim Saleh Abdel Haq, the Islamic Society Executive Director  Mohammed Yiislam Al-mashjari and Office of the  beloved Zine El Abidine Ali Al-jufri..
