http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Academic cooperation between Hadhramaut,King Abdualaziz universities announced [The Source: www.mukallatoday.com - 13/8/2008] A meeting was held this morning at the premises of Hadramout University of Science and Technology chaired by  D. Bamshmos ,university rector , and D.  Omar Abdullah Bafail ,deputy dean of King Abdulaziz University of Higher Studies and Scientific Research.
In the meeting , the Terms of the agreement between the two universities, recently endorsed by Mr Ali Mohamed Mgeor Yemeni Prime Minister, were discussed. The agreement aims at  strengthening mutual cooperation and benefit from the expertise and academic development of education in the two universities and serving the fraternal relations between the peoples of Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
And following the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Bamhmos told (Mukalla today) that the meeting had dealt with transparency and clarity with all the terms of the agreement held between the two universities, stressing that the support and care of His Excellency Mr President Ali Abdullah Saleh and King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz to academic institutions  enhanced the opportunities for closer relations between Yemen and Saudi universities and helped to implement  the agreement signed between the Universities of Hadramout, King Abdul-Aziz.
 D. Bafai affirmed that the terms of the agreement included  necessary activities that both parties need to develop university education.This is done by launching educational courses and the exchange of professors, visitors, symposia ,workshops, joint supervision of the masters and doctoral students, providing all that is needed by the University students to help ending their mission and get a Masters degree Or doctorate, and encouraging scientific research and participation in projects and advanced scientific research, praising the role of financiers and business sides of the Yemeni and Saudi and at the forefront of whom  Sheikh Abdullah Ahmad Bakshan, Sheikh Mohammad Hussein Alamoodi to the completion of this Convention and to go into effect.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Bamshmos handed the members of the Saudi delegation visiting the University's academic souvenirs to commemorate the occasion.
