It directed Ministries of Water and Environment as well as Agriculture and Irrigation to implement what has been stipulated in the plan.The plan aims to achieve goals targeting the preservation of environment and natural resources and twinning between them and the development.It provides solutions and mechanisms to implement these conventions,which are on Climate Change, Biodiversity, and Desertification, and shifting them into outputs within a clear plan work with a schedule time.Environmental issues having joint effect on these three conventions should be identified and reordered according to their priorities and impact level.
