Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Works and Highways Executive Director of the reconstruction fund for Hadhramaut and Al-mahra  provinces  Engineer / Abdullah Mohammed Mutaafi announced that they will start to implement the Council of Ministers decision.om payement of compensations to the affected. The Council of Ministers  was held in seiyoun and gave a decision to compile a lists of names of the participants that were not within the original list of the Construction Fund which is what is known as  Local Councils  listt and the disbursement of compensation to it  begining  next year 2011. He pointed out that the process of payement  was preceded by procedural steps represeented by endorsing those list  by the local authority and   The list is to be approved  by reconstruction fund Board of Directors in their meeting  to be held end of this year.  This came in a statement to the Yemen News Agency (SABA) ny Mr. Mutaafi wmere he  reviewed the stages of compensation paid already paid  up to to today by the Fund. Payement given to those  in the sectors of buildings damaged in completely  by 80%,  buildings partially damaged. The  fisheries sector was compensated which was   by 100% as well as the agricultural sector with its  its various components such  are agricultural wells, canals, pumps, livestock, beehives, for the  palm trees a contract was  signed already..
