http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Al-hekmah Society of Hadhramout completes families' productive project [The Source: MUKALLA/hadhrramaut.info - 21/10/2010] Hadhramaut branch of Al-hikmah  Society, department of services  completed its project of  supporting  productive families. The society spent twelve million, eight thousand and five hundred riyals to complete the project. The fund made available by well wisher from the United Arab Emirates and is aiming at  benefiting the needy, poor families and assist  them in acquiring  the livelihood. The Society distributed (7) fishing boats with required equipment at a total cost of six million, three hundred and seventy thousand riyals, from this gift  (7) needy families from the  Al-sheher city benefited. Another  distribution made by the Society was during in  the last few  months of this year it handed over  (10) machines for frying  potatoes ( Chips) costing total amount of (1.505.000) million, five hundred and five thousand riyals, whereby  (10) needy families benefited from these gift, also it has given out  (10)  popcorn cooking machines at a total cost of (905.000) nine hundred and five thousand riyals, these popcorn machines benefited  (10) needy families  in addition to all these distributions the society also  handed out  (20) standard  sewing machines and another  (65) embroidery sewing machine at a total cost (3.228.000) three million, two hundred and twenty-eight thousand riyals  benefited from (85) needy families, whereby (85) families benefited from gift.
