http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Ba-gutmi familiarizes himself with settlement at Khalifa City in Mukalla [The Source: MUKALLA/hadhrramaut.info - 19/10/2010] Hadramout Assistant Under-secretary  Mr. Mohammed Saeed Ba-gtmi today was on final touchment  at the area of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan settlement in Mukalla. The settlemen was a gift  from the UAE Red Crescent to those affected by disaster, rain and flash floods that swept through the provinces of Hadramout and Mahara in late October of 2008. On his tour he  heard from engineers and technicians on the project, to a detailed explanation about what has been achieved as well as the completion of infrastructure services such as water and sanitation, electricity, roads, etc. Ba-gutmi gave  Directions  to address all the problems hindering the progress of work which would accelerate and begin the process of construction of housing units. He valued the work of  constructiing  the   200 units and  the generous support of the UAE Red Crescent tor their brothers affected by the disaster of the floods in Hadhramout , so as to alleviate their suffering and to stand by them in overcoming  the adversity.On the other hand the Assistant discussed with  the Director of Reconstruction Fund ,Hadhramout coast Engineer / Moez  Mohsen Bafadhel  the best  course of accomplishment in the work of the Fund and compensation paid by the Fund for the victims
