http://www.english.hadhramaut.info Vaccination campaign against tetanus targets districts in Wadi Hadhramaut [The Source: SEIYOUN/hadhramaut.info - 15/10/2010] Vaccination campaign against tetanus implemented by the Ministry of Health and Population in a number of governorates of the Republic in from 9th -14th in October 2010 was concluded Thursday evening , The aims to  of the campaign was to  reduce the incidence of mortality from tetanus by raising immunity against the disease.. In Wadi Hadhramout According to Mr. spring Jaafar bin Obaidullah Director of the Expanded Programme on Immunization Health for the  Wadi,  the campaign success was (56%). The district targetted were   (Shibam, Saah, Soum, cotton Rakhey Wadi-Alain, and Hura),  women targetted  for vaccination   were(37 252).  He also  indicated that out of the (121) teams that have worked during the campaign were (242) nurses, a midwife and a volunteer and the number of supervisors  were (34) and the number of Media Coordinators from  (6),  number of cars working in the field  and used by supervision and transferingteams difference  from one area to the other were 56 cars.   Praising the role played by Wadi and Sahraa local  authority in overcoming all the difficultiesand he  thanked all who have contributed to the success of the campaign..
