The Yemen Football Federation confirmed that the League will be launched officially on Thursday, October 28, 2010. The  launching  for the new season will start with Super match, to be played on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Al-mereisi Football Stadium  in Al-thwara City-Sana'a between Al-saqr football Club the league champion  vice Alttilaal The Football Association  indicated that the first  registration period, league sports season will begin on October 21, 2010 and ends on  the first week of the first leg competion and it wiill  according to thebcompetitions list of .The players will participate in the super match that combines the Al-saqr and Alttilaal, the  players will have he same  Cards issued to them last season 2009 / 2010. It is said that  Hadhramout Province  will particpate in the league with its representative and ambassador, Shaab Hadhramaout football club
