The  opening session which was attended by provincail  bloc's members of the House of Representatives, Governor of Hadhramout and Governorate Council President Salim Ahmed Al-Khanbashi. Al-khanbasi  pointed  to the importance of this special session is to  identify and endorse the budget and th investment program, also  expressed his deep appreciation for the efforts made by the various specialized committees in the offices of financial service Civil and planning as well as the  international cooperation in  completing  the draft plan and the annual consolidated budget for the province for the coming year  of 2011.
